Candy Cane Martini Recipe

Candy Cane Vodka

24 miniature candy canes
3 cups vodka (use a decent quality vodka)
bottle or jar (large enough to hold 3 cups of vodka)

Crush candy canes and place in bottle or jar. Add 3 cups of vodka. Cover and shake. Place in refrigerator. Shake every couple of hours. Candy canes should dissolve within 24 hours.

Candy Cane Martini

1 1/2 oz. Candy Cane Vodka
1 oz. peppermint schnapps (you can also use white creme de menthe)
1 oz. white creme de cacao
1 oz. white chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 oz. heavy cream

Pour all of the above into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a mini candy cane.

For an extra festive garnish dip the rim of the martini glass in peppermint schnapps or creme de menthe and then dip in crushed candy canes.
